We use HSBC Secure ePayments for our payment processing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Any order you make through the amendyourbullets.com website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.

Please note that the contract of purchase will exist between you and amendyourbullets.

No contract for any product purchased will exist between you and amendyourbullets until you receive an email sent by us confirming that the product in question has been dispatched.

PRICES

All prices are calculated in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.

Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, and we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice. Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations). If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

This website is protected by a secure certificate which provides 128 bit encryption (industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology). This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your pc and our website. Upon ordering, you will switch to a secure server for payment.

SSL technology not only encrypts information, it also assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct and secure computer server and it also checks the data being transferred to ensure that it has not been altered in any way.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Additional checks are made by Secure ePayments to authenticate Mastercard and Visa credit card holders using MasterCard® Secure Code™ and Verified by Visa for orders that are taken over the internet.

PRIVACY

All information is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose customers’ personal details to anyone without their permission.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original packing (i.e. in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We regret that postage and packing costs cannot be refunded. For your protection, please send items Recorded Delivery only. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that the item is below standard (I.e. faulty, soiled etc) or the wrong product has been sent, you can return the item with a written description of the fault, in the original packaging, labeling and with the receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods either by phone on +44 (0) 1723 355982 or email at orders@amendyourbullets.com and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days; this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. The shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods will be paid for by us.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. We cannot accept cancellations that have not been returned in their original condition. We regret that postage and packing costs cannot be refunded. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. DELIVERY

UK: FREE. EU: £3.50 per item. THE WORLD: £4.50 per item.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Goods are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving payment. A confirmation email will be sent acknowledging receipt of your order.

Dispatch Mondays to Fridays.

Please allow extra time if you order over weekends and bank holidays.

A signature is required on delivery.

Please note that we cannot state a specific delivery time as we are bound by the terms of the delivery service providers.

IMPORTANT: Please note that you may be liable to pay customs / import duty charges on your order, depending on where you live (Non-UK residents). Because this is specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this will be. You are responsible for any customs / import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET ARRIVED?
Occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to and signed for at the specified delivery address, amendyourbullets cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items.
